Biography

Young talent of the university. His work covers multiphase-flow modeling, artificial-lift system design and optimization, and oil and gas production data mining — including steady/transient multiphase flow, artificial-lift equipment and processes (ESP, plunger lift, jet pump, gas lift), and production big data with intelligent diagnosis. He was listed in the Elsevier–Stanford World’s Top 2% Scientists (single year, 2025–2026). He has led one NSFC Young Scientists Fund project, one NSFC General Program, one National Science and Technology Major Project sub-task, one CUP interdisciplinary frontier grant, open funds of national and Sinopec key labs, and more than 15 industry projects with CNPC, Sinopec and PipeChina. He has published over 100 papers (60+ SCI) with more than 3,500 Google Scholar citations (h-index 32, i10-index 61); given 21 oral talks and 4 invited talks at major international conferences; and published one translated book. Outstanding Reviewer for SPE Production & Operations (2022–2024) and SPE Journal (2025); First Prize, Science and Technology Progress Award, Chinese Nuclear Society (2025, 13/29).
